Then Bench Press 5×5

B.) 400 m pinch gripĀ plate carry

    A. (this is embarrassing) 34 pushups – and no, that wasn’t sandbagging. I told Logan before we started that “my body felt heavy today”.
    Bench Press – 155-155-165-165-165

    B. Used 35# plates. Killer!

    Then did the Oly lifting class afterwards.
    Max C&J – only hit 205#s. I got 225# clean, but missed the jerk.
