CFP – Grand Opening January 4 – 12pm – 4pm

What is a grand opening;

The best definition I could come up with was a“Magnificent Beginning”.  Saturday January 4th we would like to invite everyone, friends, family, co-workers, and  acquaintances to be apart of our magnificent beginning at Crossfit Progression (CFP). You might be thinking “haven’t these guys been around for the better part of the last decade?” and you would be right. We now have two locations and couldn’t think of a better way to showcase our community than having a grand opening at our new location celebrating the beginning of an amazing future. We are inviting you, and everyone you know to come be apart of our community for the day!

As the original Crossfit community of Rochester we feel lucky to have been and still be apart of so many people’s lives. We are proud to be chosen by so many people in the Rochester area community as your 3rd place. We realize that you only have so much time in your day. You spend the majority of your time at your “1st place” your home. You spend the next largest amount of your time at your “2nd place” or workplace, sometimes even more than you spend at home! Your 3rd place is where you go to unwind and socially interact with other people who share a common interest. As the staff of CFP we take it upon ourselves to make sure that our community is welcoming and a place worth spending your time. Our focus on a daily basis is helping people reach the life goals through fitness.

To celebrate our grand opening we will be opening the doors of CFP to everyone from 12 – 4pm Saturday January 4th. We would like to show you what exactly makes our community unique and what we do on a daily basis. There will be live testimonials from some of our community members so you can get a first hand experience of what it’s like to be apart of CFP. We will also be having live fitness demonstrations going on throughout the entire afternoon so you can see what we do everyday. There will be catering by Johnny Mango’s and a Meat raffle benefiting the Boys and Girls Club of Rochester! The Meat raffle will include lots of locally raised meat and support an awesome cause. Not sure if it gets much better than that! Come be apart of our community for the day and see what makes it so special.

See you January 4th

Sincerely,

CFP Team
