1st min – 10 sandbag squats

2nd min – 10 sit-ups

10 deadlift (barbell, DB, or KB)

10 push press (DB)

Performance:

A.) 1 rep max clean & jerk

20 min time cap

Stop after 3 misses at theĀ same weight

30 clean and jerks for time (135/95)

Competitor:

    A. 195. Not a PR, wasn’t going to happen today.
    B. Grace – 4:20 Rx. This was my FIRST Rx benchmark workout, pretty excited!

    Holy crap Staci!
    Last summer my pr c and j was 165. But I remember doing a sloppy power clean. Today I warmed up well and focused on my form and did squat cleans only. I did 165 and it felt pretty easy, then I tried 170 but I failed the jerk. Felt very close though. Happy with my technique today.

    Grace 2:08 pr. Last time was 3:05. Did a big set right away and that made it easier.

    Skipped accessory for a steak dinner with my fam:)
