The Progression 6-week jumpstart program combines everything we have learned in the 14 years we have been helping people into one affordable package. Similar training programs in town cost 3x as much. We start with four personal training sessions to get to know you and learn where your fitness is currently at. Your coach will adjust each session to how you are feeling that day. They will teach you the basic movements you need for class participation and answer all questions you have about your health and fitness.
You will also have a nutrition coach overseeing you during your 6 weeks. Building nutrition habits will be key to your success during the 6 weeks. We aim to help you build habits you will carry for the rest of your life.
After your four personal training sessions, you will be ready for our group classes. Functional strength and workouts made to help you get in shape fast will move you toward your goals. Our expert coaches excel at individualizing each workout to your needs.
You will continue to work with a nutrition coach during this time. We will also do Inbody scans if you desire to track progress over the 6 weeks.
