Great day!! Goal was to not use a band.. I didn’t!! Yay!! Approx 52 minutes. Last year did 45 minutes with green banded pull ups and modified push ups. I’ll take this as improvement.
Fully intended on only doing a half Murph. Nicole V. talked me into trying the full. Green + red band pull ups and push ups from knees. Success! Around 54 minutes. So glad I did it!
