-CFP Cinco De Mayo Party this Saturday at CFP starting at 11am! Burgers, beer, and Korean tacos will be served, any extra food or beverages are welcome to the event. Complete 7 sets of the sequence UNBROKEN. Bar cannot be resting on the ground during any portion of the sequence. Rest as needed between rounds, try to increase weight each round.

45lb Fun! It was good to do a little lifting again.
35,40,40,45,45 and a couple at 50. Need to work on technique.
65-70-70-75-80, Need to work on mobility, getting elbows up, wrists…etc. Fun work out.
