Like all movements we use at CFP, injury can occur without having the respect or knowledge of what you’re doing. The GHD is not a toy and shouldn’t be treated as such. If you’ve never used a GHD before, it’s advise you ask a coach on how to properly use the machine and request proper scaling options.
