    A. 2 HSPUs with NO mat….. This is my goal for the month of Dec. Each day I will add a rep. My goal is to get through all HSPUs with NO mat!!!!!!!!!! Day 2- DONE =)
    24 Walking lunges w/1 pood KBs (front rack)- I will also be doing lunges every day! Each day I will add 1 rep to each leg… So today was 12 reps/side

    B. Started with 115 DL, Pull Ups and 16lb WB- finished 1st fine! THEN butt spasm!!
    Finished with 4 Cals on AB, Ring rows and very slow wall balls

    Rx except for pull-ups which I couldn’t do because of elbow pain and torn hands. I was pretty disappointed, my goal was 3 rounds at least. Yesterday’s WOD and poor sleep will do that.
