    12:40 on WOD first time using 24 inch box for whole WOD, Running kicked my butt today for some reason. Thanks for the extra encouragement 4:30 class.

    light squatting and didn’t do the 20 since was into doc yesterday to have my hip checked out and x-rayed.

    20 @ 45, did 80# X 5 for the first time. WOD 11:30, only did 35# push press, need to go heavier next time. Still learning what my limits are. Good workout!!
