I have been a runner since I was in school but as of lately I have been having problems with my IT band and have been going to PT that when Jason Banks told me to go and try CrossFit. I took his advice and signed up for bootcamp. That was the best thing I could have done. I feel so much stronger. I have had many great gains and I have only been doing this for about 8 weeks. The coaching staff is awesome everyone is there to help. This place is definitely turning into my second family.
Attended my first CrossFit class here and loved it! The gym itself was bigger than I expected, really clean, and well laid out. The coaches were welcoming, helpful, and encouraging, which I really needed as a newbie. I loved working as a team to accomplish our goals. I can see why people love the challenge and camaraderie that comes from this place. My kids came with me and really liked the bean bags in the kids room and being able to watch their mama work!
I have visited over 100 different gyms but I have to say CrossFit Progression is one of the best I’ve visited.
