AMRAP 2011 Regional standard burpees  

30 Sec Rest after each round

    5×5 Back squat (85,85, 95,95,100) and bench press (65,70,70,70,70), then KB class (clean/press and goblet squat ladder, then burpee/jump rope conditioning), then 400 m open water swim at Foster Arends.
