The 10 Minute Chili
-Matt Arnold
I like to dabble in cooking here and there, and sometimes with life I don’t have that much time to cook a great meal. Chili is one of my favorite meals to eat, and I figured out how to get it all cooked up in about 10 minutes. …..
Ingredients:
1lb Grass Fed Beef
1/2lb Nitrate free bacon (Chopped)
1 x Nitrate free sausage (Diced)
Cholula
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chili
1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper
14oz Roasted Tomatoes
6oz of Green Chili peppers
1/2 cup of pico de gallo
1/2 cup of onions (diced)
-Use a saucepan and turn the stove top to med-high to high. Throw the beef, bacon, and sausage in together and cook throughly.
Once all the meat is close to done, throw in the onions, peppers, and tomatoes as well as all the wet/dry ingredients together and allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes. The secret ingredient to this chili is the Cholula sauce so don’t be afraid to pour it on!
Finally add the pico de gallo and allow the Chili to simmer an additional 2-3 minutes until done.
Enjoy the Chili with your favorite garnish…I like to use avocado or guacamole on mine!!
