    did a modified version in the backyard- Back squats 5×5: 75/85/95/95/75, WOD: 18+10 with 45#pp, 1 pood kb swing, and 20 situps, then went to the pool for swim intervals.

    15+10 Rx except i switched 60 singles for d.u’s. there are no good ropes here and i am still waiting on the one that I shipped over about two months ago.
