very sore back for a week now
Mike, how did you get a sore back?
Can’t pin it down to one specific event. Just started bugging me one day and then it started to affect my workouts. More frequent lately- especially after waking up. Maybe time for a new mattress? Not sure about a chiropracter- never been.
Calf recovery/mobility/torture.
