Only one class at 8am today due to the California Seminar from 10am – 4pm  

A.  Snatch – 7 x 1 w/2-3 Min Rest 

B.  10 Min AMRAP

C.  At home WOD 

10 Min AMRAP 

5 x Burpees 

10 x Push-ups 

15 x Air squats 

Immediately followed by…

1 Mile Run

    30 min AMRAP(swim wod)
    – out and back swim (swam out to 4th bouy from R, then back)
    – 15 water burpees (head under water)
    – 20 KB amer swings (1pd)
    – 30 walking lunges (15 out, 15 back)
    – out and back x2 runs (up the sand walkway, and back)

    4 + swim & 5 burpees. (i think, burpees made me dizzy, more like belly flops and stand back up)

    Thanks for such a great learning experience with California Strength. They were awesome!!
    Snatch still sucks: no PR 55#
    Clean PR: 85# (increased 5#)
    Jerk: 80# – never did that before.
    I was a fun day…a lot of strong people there!
