    10 sets of 20 calories on exercise bike at home with 1 minute rest in between since i couldn’t get to it yesterday. Then 20 minutes more at recovery pace on the bike.

    10K row 44:07. Felt good, glutes and hamstrings are tight but I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. 🙂
