A: 95# – if not a PR, then close. Not good at snatches
B: 115#- started running out of gas, otherwise, I think I can improve on this

C. 10:05 with Black KB, American Swings. Not my favorite movements. Heard ya Staci, pushing me.. wanted to give up. Burpees and KBs are no fun.

First day I put weight on the bar really… Felt a bit weak but not bad….
Snatch 120-but lost my form at 120 so I stopped…..Was nervous about doing such a quick squat under the bar at this weight because I didn’t want to strain…so just did power snatch. Did squat snatch for lighter weights.
Clean 145…felt fine. Shoulders are a bit pinchy for everything today….really need to focus on mobility since my shoulders are super tight as I am starting to push myself a bit…

1RM Strict Press 120#
Farmer carry with 2 green kettles (55#) about 1 loop on first carry, the rest of my attempts were less than a half loop.
Yellow then blue kettle, after first round Matt scaled me to 10 burpees, finished in less than the 12 minutes.
The farmer carry wiped out my grip, did not want to risk dropping a kettle during the WOD.
