2nd- 10 sandbag squats

Perform:

A.) Clean and jerkĀ 

– Pos 3 and a half pause to full lift

6×1 @ 75% or less

B.) Every 90 Sec for 10 Rounds

1st- 250M Row or 1.5 Lap Run

2nd- 3 x (Squat Clean + 2 FS) (135/95)

Compete:

A.) DL – Pos 3 low clean

Work up to heavy single for the day.

3 misses or lessĀ – Or take 12 singles to work up to 75%
