I am an Occupational Therapist in a clinical/research role at Mayo Clinic and in the last stretch of the Rehabilitation Science PhD program at University of Minnesota.  I work mostly with people who have spinal cord injuries. What’s your favorite thing to do outside of the gym? Spend time with my husband and daughter, research stuff, invent and build things.  The entire family enjoys photography and we love to get outside and take photos. What made you decide to try Progression? I had a very, very interesting (yet enjoyable) experience in the first Hammer Race.  That was the first race I had ever run, it is surprising I ever ran another!  After suffering through that, I picked up a habit of running (with elliptical during the winter) for a couple years with the goal of performing better in future Hammer Races.  I saw an advertisement for Progression bootcamp and remembered their affiliation with the Hammer Race.  The rest is history....
