Cory Felderman is a RKC Kettlebell coach at Crossfit Progression. He is a level 1 certified Russian Kettlebell Challenge RKC instructor. Cory has been working with kettlebells since 2009.
Cory found kettlebells as a great way to build strength and endurance while complementing his high volume training for long distance events. He has run many road races from 5ks to full marathons. He also completed Ironman in 2010 and has competed in many triathlons since. Cory says working with kettlebells helped him drastically improve his times while lowering the amount of conventional endurance training
Outside the gym, Cory is an avid golfer.
Cory holds an associate’s degree in Civil Engineering and for the past 10 years has worked as a Surveyor at WHKS & Company in Rochester, MN.
