Instructors Jessalyn and Gina bring a new feel to Yoga at CrossFit Progression, starting Tuesday, April 4th.
Offered Tues/Wed/Thurs 6:45-7:15AM
Recovery Yoga – For your rest day or after a workout. This class will include some gentle flows and target stretches to prevent soreness and promote your body’s recovery process. Also works on range of motion and flexibility. (Level 1)
Offered Tuesday 2:45-3:15pm
Flow Yoga – Flow yoga coordinates breath to movement as you flow through a sequence of poses meant to cultivate balance, strength, and flexibility in the body. (Level 2)
Yoga classes are open to BOTH members and non-members.
