Hi Nic! I was looking over the REV words and noted that there is no strength portion on Tuesday, but the workout is only 20 minutes long. Then, on Wednesday there is a 40 minute AMRAP along with a 12 minute strength portion. My question is- is the that 12 minute strength portion actually supposed to be attached to Tuesday’s workout rather than Wednesday’s?
