I’m enjoying learning how to do the Olympic lifts.

How has your life outside of CrossFit changed since joining CFP?

Haha, people get sick of me talking about CrossFit.

What has been your fondest memory during your time at CFP?

My fondest memory was the Friday Night Lights that I watched.  I didn’t participate but it was so fun and inspiring watching everyone be supportive and push one another.

What brought you to CFP?

I work with Jen Grenell.

What keeps you at CFP?

New friends and new strengths!

What would be your one piece of advice for someone who’s just joining CFP?

Don’t be intimidated.  I was the first few times I went but everyone is so nice, that feeling soon faded.
