Red banded pull ups
25+ minutes Rx’d tweaked my lower back a little on C&J 10 of 55 so slowed and tried to listen to my body
25:00… Didn’t get in my last 10 squats before the cap….of course I finished them tho 🙂

18:30 I love this kind of WOD when at the middle of busting my ass it felt like its impossible to finish under time cap, but then again you prove to yourself that its all about the mind set.
