BS – 3×5 ( for a challenge perform all 3 sets at 90% of 1 rep max BS)
C.) Snatch RDL’s – 5×5
Behind neck Jumping Pull ups – 4×10 (perform on low pull up rig)
Navy Seal Situps – 50
