    A. 35, 45, 55, 65… Missed a few at 65 snatches are not my thing:( but they are getting better.
    B. I have to say this was brutal! But fun. And it was nice to be outside pushing heavy things like Nic says!

    B. Completed – w/ David & Sebastian, @50# on the prowler. Tough, front prowler shoe got a lot of tar caked on as we went, which I think made it stick more. Of course that just made it a better workout.

    A. Focused on making contact… shaky start.. accurate on my 1st lift, then was leaning forward with the 2nd when trying TNG. progressed to 95. I’ll take it.
    B. Finished this early morning which was probably better anticipating significant tar stick which sounds like it happened. Tried 50 extra on prowler for a few, then dropped it to 25.

    Tough recovery day for me..maybe should have rested.

    B. With Susan. Did some with 50#, but tar was too sticky and the prowler kept getting stuck, so dropped down to no weight on it.

    115 115. Tried moving hands out but felt less stable. After failing 125 I moved back down to 115 to get my technique down. This is the first time I have tried more than 120…especially with a squat snatch…previous pr is 120 power snatch. SS is a little scary to me but I’m getting used to it. Last pr was recorded over a year ago…
