FIT class is an evolution of Strength and Conditioning that covers an aspect of fitness most people can’t singularly get from one specific program. FIT is a mesh of fitness, strength, and functionality for all lifestyles and fitness goals.
Although this sounds like most other programs, it’s far from it. Each FIT class is meticulously designed to promote longevity by using a unique blend of movements and varying levels of intensity that are often overlooked in mainstream fitness regimens.

Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm (Limited to 15 per class)
Strength and Conditioning Gym
Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 10:00am and 6:00pm (Limited to 12 per class)
