Notes
This workout begins from the standing position with the barbell on the floor and the athlete standing tall. Using a ball, box or other object to check for proper depth is not allowed. Every second counts in this workout. Your score will the the time it takes to complete all 168 repetitions. There is no time cap for this workout.

This workout ends when the feet land on the other side of the bar on the final rep. Time will be recorded in full seconds. Do not round up. If you finish in 14:34.8, your score is 14:34.

Equipment
• Barbell
• Plates to load to the appropriate weight for your division

* If you do not use standard size bumper plates on the barbell you will also need:
• A 9.5-inch high target to jump over on the burpees

** The official weight is in pounds. For your convenience, the minimum acceptable weights in kilograms are 43 kg for the Men and, 29 kg for the Women, 29 kg for the Masters Men, 20 kg for the Masters Women.

Video Submission Standards
Prior to starting, film the plates and barbell to be used so the loads can be seen clearly. All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. A second person with a stopwatch should be in the frame throughout the entire workout. Shoot the video from the side so it is clear that proper depth and lockout are being reached on the thrusters, and the chest and thighs can be seen touching the ground on theburpees.

Note: Depending on your performance, this video may be longer than previous workouts. Be sure you have enough battery life, memory and time to upload your video. You may need to increase your limit on YouTube to allow a longer video.

139 reps rx at 20 min cap. (My score on the whiteboard is wrong) I’m sad I didn’t finish, but I’ve never done 65# thrusters in a WOD (most ever done previously was 45#) so I will be happy with that.

You did AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so glad I was there to watch you rock those 65lb Thrusters!!!!!!

Broke first set of thrusters into two sets, then all set afterwards broke up into 5-6 reps…… Set 12 was the hardest for some reason…
Bar facing burpees are completely different than bar over burpees with the lateral jump….. It was hard to get a good motion going with these….
Always keep moving during your burpees, even if you’re stepping back and going a bit slower- it’s better than just standing there and resting…
and JUST GO! The faster you get through everything the faster you’re done and the faster you get a slutty brownie 🙂 which are AMAZING!!!!!

I did this at 55# but probably could have done it at the rx’d. I just wasn’t sure:/! 17:30 ish I think. My lungs were on fire!

21:04 in 8 years of CrossFitting that may have been the toughest WOD I’ve ever done. The thrusters just crushed me. I thought the round of 15 was never going to end

15:06.. Always chasing Ms . Jech… Good motivation. Went out too confident/hurried.. Unbroken on the 1st thruster… May have been mistake. This one requires mental toughness!! Burpees and my heart rate got the best of me.

DNF – 132 in the 20 minute cap (finished the round of 12s). Thrusters were the limiting factor – you know it’s bad when burpees are the “rest” time.
Arguably the hardest WOD I’ve ever done. Loved it!

Totally agree with others that this was probably the toughest WOD I’ve ever done – absolutely brutal. So proud of myself that I pushed beyond the 20 minute cap and finished! Thanks to everyone who cheered me on – especially Matt for getting in my face and telling me to “harden the f*** up!”

DNF – got through the round of 15. Brutal especially after being out most of the week. Is it sad or demented that I kind of want to do it again?

    13:39 and two slutty brownies!
I have crazy respect for anybody doing these movements for 20+ minutes. Awesome.
