So what does it cost and what will the first month look like at Progression?

The price to start is $299 for your first month, and our monthly memberships are between $130 and $199 for a 12-month commitment.

Multiple other options are available.

Suppose you want to stick with personal training. That is an option: Our personal training rates are $75 an hour.

Nutrition Coaching is a big part of what we do, and pricing for nutrition services range between $59 and $225 a month.

Flex Coaching. If you can only get to the gym 1x a month, we can still help you achieve your goals. Visit with a coach in the gym and do workouts programmed for you at home or an access gym. Your coach will keep you accountable.

What about the first month? How does that look?

During your intro session, you will meet with a coach to discuss your goals and reasons for joining the gym. The intro session usually takes anywhere from 15 mins to 45 mins. The discussion focuses on you and what you need from a gym. The coach will then help you pick the option that best fits what you want out of our gym. You and the coach pick your membership level, and you schedule your first personal training session.

The first month starts with four personal training sessions. We have begun people multiple different ways over the 10+ years we have been in business. And this way works the best. You get one on one instruction on the basics. We get to make sure we have the best option picked for you. You get to know us, and we get to know you. And most importantly, one on one is the absolute safest way to start.

These four personal training sessions take place over two weeks usually. You set the times. Your coach helps you determine how much rest you will need in between sessions. Everyone is different; we treat you as an individual.

After your training sessions, you get the rest of your first month to try out any of the classes you want. This period is when you figure out if you picked the correct membership level. After the first month, some people decide they want to come more; others decide 3x a week will be enough for their goals. Your coach will make any changes you need to your membership.
