Jets Gym open gymnastics

When – Tuesday night Aug.13, from 7-9pm.

Cost – $10 per person.

Where – 2440 Clare Ln. NE, Rochester, MN 55906.

How – Please post on the Crossfit page if planning on going so I can call ahead with a head count. They want to have enough Coaches on staff to help assist and teach movements. This an open gym time so other people may be attending.

Also, I will not be able to be at Jets gym til 7:30-7:45 due to Crossfit Kids Class. Should be a really fun time!!! – Coach Juli
