A good friend invited me to a friends and family day

What do you like to do with your free time?
In the summer, I like to be outside enjoying nature as much as possible. In the winter, probably watching Netflix lol.
Do you encounter functional fitness in your life? Does being functionally fit help you in your job or your hobbies?
Being functionally fit definitely helps in every aspect of my life.
What goals are you chasing?
Building more strength and always getting better at my cardio conditioning
Who motivates you?
CrossFit games athletes, and 5:30 classmates of course!
What were you scared/nervous about when you started Progression Fitness in Rochester MN?
Not being able to do all the movements
What is something you couldn’t do before but now you can?
A Bar Muscle up!
What is your Personal Record that you are most proud of?
Taking 4th place in my first individual CrossFit competition
What is your fitness background? Have you played sports? Do you have a favorite sport now? I played baseball, football, and basketball growing up. Occasionally I will still play pick up basketball
Are there any competitions/races in your future?
Maybe a triathlon this summer
What advice do you have to help others keep coming consistently?
Track your progress, hold yourself accountable, and just show up!
What would you say to someone that is thinking about trying Progression Fitness but isn’t sure it is for them?
Try it out, it doesn’t hurt to just come in for 1 class to see what it’s all about.
