What a morning. Mondays are tough.
A. After much discussion finally figured out what I was doing. Worked up to 185
B. 5 rds. 7 HPS 65# 14 lying leg raises (hands sore from Sat) 5 Cal AB.
A. 115, 125, 135, 135, 145 (and in my nanos instead of lifters…)
B. 4+14 (HPS @ 65lb, leg raises, 5 cal AB). HPS were not my friend this morning…felt heavier than they should have.
Performance
A.) 225 x 5
B.) 4 + 4 – This was a grip burner for sure. No hand tears!
Fitness:
A. 5×3 BS —->245
B. 9+7 …..I think. I lost track after 7 rds

A. 5 x 8, started at 95 and worked up to 135.
B. Did the you go I go with Jason, 100m, 5 burpees, 7 dead lifts at 185. We did 4 + 105. I had to lower my last two sets of DLs to 165, Jason stayed at 185.

Not bad for Monday.

B. 4 + 29 85# DL, leg raises, double unders. Managed to get my first 12 or so dubs unbroken every round, so that was something! I really liked this workout. Picked things I thought would benefit my current fitness goals the most – primarily focused on improving my riding right now.
A. Performance 5×3 up to 225.
B. Fitness modified: 3+17. Those weighted sit-ups were rough and very much not pretty.

B. done, worked on hitting the hips so only did 55# 7 reps. 7-10 t2b and dubs about 12-18 per round. Still sweat and was breathing heavy. So I’ll take it. Dubs came a little easier.
Scaled Fitness:

B. 4 + 21: @ 85, #10
Definitely took it easy today. Just trying to listen to my body. Pretty tired afterward. Lots of mobility.
