Bs 235- tied my previous pr when I was 7.5 months pregnant…thought it would feel light but didn’t feel that strong today…didn’t try to beat 235…next time.
Strict press :stopped at 95, previous pr was 100 or 105… I think. left shoulder pinches super bad when I do this and didn’t wanna strain it.
Dl 270pr- previous was 245.
Total 600.

Strict Press: 155 (almost had 165) – this is certainly a PR although I don’t have a previous one recorded
Deadlift: 335 (20# PR) – the RLs are paying off

This marks the last day of my 2nd year doing CrossFit, a test day is very appropriate for me today!
Did this Tuesday as work kept me away yesterday.
BS: 300# – it’s a PR in my 40’s! In my twenties I could BS around 405#
SP: 155# – tied my PR
Deadlift: 365# – PR by 15#
Total: 820#
I didn’t feel 100% today, so my totals maybe could have been a little higher. I failed 3 times at 315 on the BS, but was oh so close! My right glute and my groin were sore today before I started, not sure what I did. I hope to all that is holy I didn’t do it bowling at my work party, because that would just be sad!!!
