Not for the firm ass,

Not for the approval of others,
We train, to fight our inner resistance.
Your inner resistance is the voice that says it’s okay to sleep in. Its the voice that says I’ll be ready to start tomorrow or when the conditions are better.
The resistance in all of us is the only thing that holds us back from everything you ever wanted.
Everyday that you train you get better at fighting the resistance. Everyday you get a little bit stronger at life.
If you can defeat your resistance at the gym, battling your inner resistance at home, at work, in LIFE, will become a little bit easier.
