Prep work for the Open – Week 1


Prep Work Google Doc. work your weaknesses!

  • If you need a place to start, start with Push ups! Being able to do a set of 25-50 strict is a great way to boost your base level strength. This will make everything easier and you will be a total badass.

Remember whether the numbers say it or not, everyday you show up and compete with yourself you are the strongest version of yourself that you have ever been. 3 weeks out from the open.
