A. Cleans – 75#, 95#, 95#, 115#, 115# – got good squat cleans out of it.
B. I got 7 rounds in. Did knees to elbows for first 4. Horrible on the swing after two so went to sit ups to get better reps. Did 3 sets American swings…first time on those…did Russian for last 4.
