Every morning or most every morning anyway, I take a walk. It is a time to pause on the day’s events and get grounded.
This walk is probably one of the most important things I do every day. I started my meditation practice during the early months of the pandemic, and this walk is when I did it.

It isn’t complicated, and you can do it in as little a minute a day.
It has helped me get back to what matters every day. How I treat people, how I can help people, and things I need to work on today to move forward and get better.
