The StrongFirst Kettlebell Course is coming to CrossFit Progression April 6th from 9:45am – 5:45pm for a 1 day seminar.  No previous Kettlebell training required, this is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of strength training through Kettlebells!

(Moderate weight) 

B.  15 Min AMRAP 

at 80% 

250M Row 

20 x OH Lunge 

20 x Russian Swings 

3 x Wall Walks

    B. Done with 25lb plate and 1 pood KB. 4+187m
    Lots of mobility today!

    A. 85-95-100 Still need to get deeper, guess I will be using a ball again next time. Okay to be co-dependent on the ball if it gets me results.
    B. 3 + finished the rowing for the 4th round.

    B: Lost track, it was either 4 or 5 rounds, but only one handstand walk with a 10 sec. one hand hold each round.
