    A. @50# Doesn’t sound like much, but it’s progress for me.
    B. 12:28 PS@35# could and should have gone a little heavier. Blue KB. These are harder than they look.

    Home WOD, still recovering from surgery still quite limited in movements, but plan to be back August 1st.

    4 rounds :
    15 reps of 6 different band stretches.
    15 reps 10 # curls
    15 reps 10 # rows
    10 reps 10# thrusters
    15 reps of 85 # Romanian deadlifts

    plus 25 sit-ups, 30 bridges, 60 air squats and 15 push-ups.
