A. Performance at 105 lb
Rowing between 1:45-1:50
A. 85 – felt good and light compared to last week
B. My first Sport WOD! Did 10 GI Janes the first round and then dropped it to 8 for the rest so I had 10-15 seconds between rounds to catch my breath.
B. Completed. The rest time was usually 35-45 seconds per round, last round I pushed and got done in 1:10. Even with rest time this was a toughie.
Now that was some fun stuff!
Worked up to 155…not sure what 70% is anymore….prob too heavy….haven’t tested maxes for over a year and it was165 before….
Sport done. Good one.
A. 55 first set then stayed at 75 – felt good with good form, deep squats for the most part
B. did 9 burpees each round so I had time to catch my breath.
Second workout in 3 weeks, gonna be sore tomorrow! Fun workout
