Do 5 Air Squats between rungs

B. 8 RDS

2 DBL KB Cleans

1 DBL KB Press

3 DBL KB Front Squats

Rest 30-60 sec between rounds

C.  5 RDS

10 2-Hand Swings

10 Push-Ups
