    A: 155 (tied old pr, got 160 to chest, ugly form wasn’t finishing so couldn’t get under)

    1/2 ring dips , 1/2 rig dips

    B. 9:00, 21 cleans@115lbs, 15 cleans@95lbs, 9 cleans@95lbs. Unassisted bar dips.

    Happy with the PR….been working for a while on that one. Bar dips were difficult….getting better though!

    B. Elizabeth: 10:10-10:15ish. (Used the dip bar instead of rings. ALL dips unassisted, NO BAND!!! First time for this!)

    Clean –105 or 115 either way not a PR. Lifting back before legs and didn’t feel right. Didn’t push it.

    Performance– 75# power cleans and bar dips with red band 6mins
