B. 9:30 – combo of DU’s and SU’s – hard to string more than 10 DU’s together at a time today

A. Started at 65# ended at 75#. Felt
Like I was getting in a good squat position but it is a hard movement for me.
B. 9:15. Singles and 1 pood. I swear my DUs are worse than ever. More practice.

B. 13:38 Rx FINALLY strung some doubles together for MU, still have some work to do on them, but it’s a start. Used my new rope for DU’s-should of practiced with it before using it in a WOD. Got some tips this weekend, need to practice new form.
C. Messed around with the bear complex for Dakota Games.
D. 60 weighted GHD’s with 20# WB.
A. 65-75-85-95-105. This is a “starting over” of sorts with squatting and snatches, to focus on staying on my heels and getting under the bar. I think today was successful.
B. 10:55, @1.5 pood swings, 50x double unders. It took at least 4 times the number of jumps to get 50x double unders, so I wasn’t missing out on any amount of effort – feel like I got more out of that than doing 450 singles.
Sport:
A. Every 2 for 5 sets. Done at 125. Missed one on 3rd and 4th round.
B. Done 9:47Rx. MU in 2’s. Felt good.
