    A. 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85. Better than I expected.
    B. 3+29. PP @ 60lb. The BOB were killer. Really pissed I couldn’t get that last one on round 4…
    C. Bonus…75 ab mat sit ups

    PP @ 85lbs
    Bar facing burpees (these take forever compared to lateral jumps)
    400M (but ended last round on the bike due to only have 50 seconds)

    Hadn’t snatched in a while, so worked on form

    B. 3+12 RX rowed instead of run….got a sore ankle from road running.

    A. 35-45-55-then went back to 35 so I could work on getting all the way down in my squat, did much better
    B. 3 + 30 @ 45#
    Whew, trying to get back some endurance after so much vacation over the past few months.
