24:06 Rx – Probably too heavy for me, but I’m glad that I got through it Rx’d.
I quit at 25 mins, but should’ve kept going. One person told me to stop and that’s all it took. :/
I did 75# – 8 complete rounds and then 7 GTOs. Who’d have thought the burpees would be the easiest part.
