    A. 185 for all sets – was feeling very weak this day, so I backed off. Was able to get 3 strict pull-ups between, so I was happy about that.
    B. Used 95# for SC and a green band for pull-ups, once again, feeling weak. Finished in 9:00. I was watching Christian out of the corner of my eye, and he made me feel REALLY weak, I think he finished in the low 6’s. I’ve got a long way to go!
