-The CFP Kettlebell Class starts today at 5:30 pm in the progression room! RKC instructor Cory Felderman will be teaching basic RKC movements with a combination of body weight movements to create a fun and effective workout for all skill levels.
-Regular CrossFit Class will also be as scheduled at 5:30pm in the Main Room.

I really don’t care for the snatch push press. Can push up more weight than I can control well coming down behind my neck (even with a quick squat dip to cushion it), upper back is kinda sore (smacked sore, not good muscle sore).
Loved the 75 power snatch though…(that sounds better than, “I loved doing Randy!”)

kettlebell class was AWESOME!! Nice work Cory! What a nice addition this is to CFP!! I really encourage everyone to get to one of these classes!
