Jerk practice.
WOD: 11:50 Rx.
WOD: 15:02, felt good! establishing bench press 3 rep max —75, PR 1 rep 85. Starting to gain some arm strength!
WOD: 12:28 rx ….you know it’s an awesome WOD when it felt like your’e gonna die before the end of it. The more it SUCKS the more it ROCKs!

First CFP wo in a while. Did 3×85# BP. 16 TGU at 8 kg. WOD: 17:35. singles, started 55# PP then dropped to 35# (after pushing 200# off the floor 60x I had to go down). After the CFP wo I went to the RAC and did the ELT for 30 minutes in zone 2 then did some rehab execises and stretches.
Bench:
65-75-85-95-105 (then for peer pressure 115×3 new PR) felt easy too, need to try for new PR
