    WOD: 15:02, felt good! establishing bench press 3 rep max —75, PR 1 rep 85. Starting to gain some arm strength!

    WOD: 12:28 rx ….you know it’s an awesome WOD when it felt like your’e gonna die before the end of it. The more it SUCKS the more it ROCKs!

  3. First CFP wo in a while. Did 3×85# BP. 16 TGU at 8 kg. WOD: 17:35. singles, started 55# PP then dropped to 35# (after pushing 200# off the floor 60x I had to go down). After the CFP wo I went to the RAC and did the ELT for 30 minutes in zone 2 then did some rehab execises and stretches.
