A.  Back Squat – 5 x 5 @ 75% w/2 Min Rest 

B.  Bulgarian Split Squats – 3 x 8 w/30 Sec Rest  (Both Legs) 

C.  5 Rounds AFAP 

400M Run 

15 x Hang Power Cleans @ 155lb/105lb

    This was a good one. I was really dreading it to the point where I almost skipped it, but it felt good.

    130 5×5 Back Squats
    36 3×8 each leg Bulgarian Split Squats…..like those!!!
    WOD 18:13 rowed 500m and 55 for hang cleans….could tell I was out of practice with those!
    Then did some core work and 100 slam balls 20 pounds.
